Job description

The Clinical Trial Committee Coordinator provides foundational administrative and operational support for clinical trial oversight committees, including Data Monitoring Committees (DMCs), Endpoint Adjudication Committees (EACs), Steering Committees (SC), and Executive Committees (EC). This entry level role focuses on logistics, documentation, and coordination under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute assigned day-to-day committee operations activities
  • Schedule committee meetings, manage calendars, and support agenda preparation.
  • Assist with meeting setup, take draft minutes, and track basic action items.
  • Maintain charters, committee member lists, and training logs.
  • Develop endpoint event dossier packets under supervision.
  • Communicate with committee members and internal teams regarding scheduling and materials.
  • Liaise with statisticians, data management, CROs, and Sponsors.
  • Recommend improvements to committee workflows and documentation practices.
  • Additional activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • A nursing or BA/BS in a scientific field (or equivalent knowledge/experience).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Targeted Compensation: $57,000 - $68,000 annually
