Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for setting up new claims accurately, triaging cases, coordinating adjuster appointments, managing diaries and arranging contractors where required. Acting as a key point of contact, you will communicate confidently with customers, policyholders, clients and colleagues, ensuring enquiries are resolved professionally and service standards are consistently met.
The successful candidate will combine strong administration, planning and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines and providing a friendly, professional service over the telephone and via email.
