  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) as a core part of daily engineering workflow.
  • Track record of driving AI adoption within engineering teams - establishing best practices, defining guardrails, evaluating tools, and measurably improving team velocity through AI-assisted workflows (a strong plus).

What You'll Do

  • Design and build high-quality, performant, and scalable software systems across backend and frontend.
  • Own the technical architecture and reliability of backend services alongside frontend microapps.
  • Lead technical design discussions, clarify requirements, and deliver effective and maintainable solutions.
