Job Description Summary:
The Contracts Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating the contract process without our fast-paced, high-technology environment. This position is responsible for administering, reviewing, and analyzing contracts and/or licenses to guarantee adherence to specifications, company policies, and legal standards, thus ensuring the successful execution of contractual agreements and licensing requirements. It requires a detail-oriented and resourceful individual with an understanding of contracts, negotiations, and contract management lifecycle (CLM).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Annual salary range for this position is between $77,000.00 - $85,000.00 gross before taxes.
