Job Summary

 The Director, Enterprise Process Management is a leadership role that is responsible for defining, documenting, managing, measuring and optimizing end-to-end business processes & data governance frameworks to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational strategy. This role acts as a primary decision-maker for processes assigned by the VP of Enterprise Process Management and works closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Sales, Data Management, Implementation, Operations, Services, and Technology — to drive transformation, continuous improvement and deliver measurable business outcomes. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and improve quality.
  • Lead root-cause analysis, gap assessments, and process mapping (e.g., Ishikawa Diagrams, SIPOC, etc.).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) as appropriate.
  • Co-Lead accelerated end to end Kaizen events and coordinate with appropriate business subject matter experts on execution and tracking of Just Do Its.
  • Performance Measurement: Define process KPIs/SLAs and monitor performance using dashboards, analytics. and support the implementation of end-to-end process and department specific measurement scorecards (cascaded to the desktop).
  • Actively partner with established Process Leads in Ops & Service to define and transition end to end improvements to them for execution.
  • Perform Process Inventory and Process Maturity assessments.
  • Lead process-related change initiatives, including training, communication, and adoption.
  • Collaborate with IT and Product teams on system enhancements, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Mentor/Coach business partners, as appropriate, on measurement, end to end process improvement approach, and how to drive and track improvements. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in process management, data governance, operations, business analysis, or similar role(s).
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
  • Knowledge of 401k plans and/or 403b, 457 plans, as well as basic understanding of the full suite of retirement products and services.
  • Proficiency with the following Microsoft Apps: Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and working knowledge of Workflow tools/applications.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Reporting tools/features.
  • Demonstrated experience driving successful business transformation with sustained measurable results.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to influence without authority and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Change management and Conflict Resolution skillset.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize workflow and ensure duties and projects are completed by deadlines.
  • Experience with creation and execution of Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA).

Compensation Information

The average salary for this position is expected to be between $165,000 and $175,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
