Senior Director, Data, Pricing and Roaming

What You Will Be Doing

ChargePoint is seeking a Lead Product Manager, to lead our Fleet Vertical in Europe. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for solutions serving fleet operators and commercial vehicle customers across the European market. This is an individual contributor role in which you will operate as a subject matter expert and product leader, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver outcomes at scale.

The role spans hardware, software, and services — shaping the product portfolio across charging hardware, fleet-management software, and energy management solutions for the European fleet market.

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Fleet segment in Europe — covering trucks, buses and vans — setting vision and making pricing, packaging, and launch decisions.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to align on market opportunities, business priorities, and successful product introductions.
  • Drive the hardware portfolio (including truck charging solutions) and the software platforms as a unified product experience tailored to European fleet customer needs.
  • Identify and influence strategic partnerships — including relationships with truck and bus OEMs — and provide input on build, buy, or partner decisions.
  • Track market trends and competitive offerings; interface with customers and sales teams to ensure product direction and capabilities meet fleet market needs and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Communicate complex concepts in a structured way and drive alignment across a wide array of stakeholders, from engineering teams to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in fleet electrification, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, or adjacent mobility sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record in product management, business development, corporate strategy, or service/operational leadership roles.
  • Experience working with fleet operators, commercial vehicle customers, or energy management solutions preferred, truck charging experience is a plus.
  • Intellectually curious, analytical, creative, collaborative, user-centric, and a strategic thinker who can work effectively as an individual contributor in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate complex technical and commercial concepts into clear, structured narratives for diverse stakeholders.
  • Based in Europe; familiarity with the European EV regulatory environment and fleet market dynamics strongly preferred.
