✅Responsibilities and Duties

• Billing Correspondence & Inquiry Management: Full ownership of the Billing Inbox.

• Accuracy & Timeliness: Consistently delivers work with high accuracy and ahead of established timelines

• Recurring Revenue Operations: Executing systematic weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly billing cycles to ensure continuity for our existing customer base.

• Ownership & Accountability: Exceeds overall performance expectations while demonstrating strong ownership of billing batches and portfolio management.

• Tailored Billing Administration: Managing bespoke data requirements and rigorous approval workflows for high-priority accounts requiring customized billing schedules and specialized formatting.

• Systems & Data Integrity: Maintaining customer master data within NetSuite, including the verification of Purchase Order (PO) numbers and the accuracy of global billing records.

• Strategic Support: Executing supplemental projects and operational tasks as required to support departmental goals.

• Freshdesk ticket system effectively: To conduct a comprehensive investigation into the client's inquiry. Additionally, we should review the relevant case studies to formulate a strategic plan of action.

• Revenue Cycle Optimization: Accelerated revenue cycles through prompt invoicing and billing practices.

• Platform Expertise: Proven proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce, with a strong background leveraging ERP and CRM ecosystems for billing operations.

• Organizational Agility: Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks, multitask effectively, and maintain accuracy in high-velocity environments.

• Interpersonal & Communication Excellence: Advanced verbal and written communication skills, capable of fostering collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams and external client organizations.

• Composure & Performance Under Pressure: Ability to navigate high-volume workload pressures, adhere to strict month-end/quarter-end reporting windows, and consistently meet firm deadlines.

• Active Listening & Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in active listening and proactive follow-up, ensuring effective cross-level alignment with internal staff, executive leadership, and enterprise clients.

• Regulatory & Tax Compliance: In-depth working knowledge of global regulatory requirements and tax structures, including VAT, regional tax codes, and compliance standards governing invoicing.
