Marketing Coordinator
Location: Vancouver BC preferred, open to remote candidates

About the Role
Sonic Incytes is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our growing marketing program.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career marketer who wants broad exposure to marketing in a fast-paced, early-stage medical technology company. Working directly with the Marketing Director, you will help bring marketing strategies and campaigns to life across digital marketing, events, sales enablement, and other commercial initiatives.
What You'll Do
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other channels
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns and marketing communications in HubSpot
- Support organic social media execution, including scheduling, posting, and coordination of creative assets
- Maintain campaign lists, workflows, landing pages, forms, and other marketing assets
- Gather and organize campaign performance metrics for regular marketing reporting
- Maintain organized marketing databases, campaign records, and digital assets
Event & Conference Marketing
- Support planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, customer programs, and other events
- Coordinate event logistics including registrations, shipments, booth materials, promotional items, schedules, and deadlines
- Update event checklists and ensure key deliverables stay on track
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors before and after events
- Support post-event lead management and follow-up activities
Marketing & Sales Support
- Assist with the development, updating, and organization of marketing and sales collateral
- Assist with basic graphic design and content updates as needed
- Work cross-functionally to support communications to internal teams and Sonic Incytes customers regarding product updates, new or changing product features, and developments in the clinical/competitive landscape
- Take on ad hoc marketing projects and execution needs as priorities evolve
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of marketing and communications, or related professional experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to jump in, learn quickly, and figure things out
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may evolve
- Able to take strategic direction and independently drive execution through completion
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common digital marketing tools
- Experience executing email or social media campaigns
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM/marketing automation platform
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, or other events
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry
- Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or other entrepreneurial environment
Compensation: 45K - 55K annually
