Job description

🚀 Be part of a movement to change the way Europe pays

In today’s digital Europe, payments still feel too complicated. Random delays, confusing rules, extra apps and accounts make it harder than it should be to pay and get paid.

The European Payments Initiative is changing that with Wero, a proudly European digital wallet to make payments easier, clearer and more secure. Online, in store, at home and across borders, with your money and data protected under European laws and regulations.

Wero is live in Belgium, France and Germany and launching very soon in Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Backed by 16 major banks and the two largest European acquirers, we’re building a brand new, proudly European payment system. Why not join us?

🔎 What's in it for you

We are seeking a talented and proactive Partner Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our internal engineering teams and external partners. • Share insights and feedback from partners with the internal team to help improve our products and processes

  • Prior experience in a role that blends technical and product expertise with partner engagement, such as integration engineering, technical account management, or customer success in a tech-driven environment

  • Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2); French, German, Dutch, or any additional European languages are a plus

  • Thrive in a remote-first, multicultural environment

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner tailored to the audience's level of technical understanding
