About the role

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio to design, build and implement AI-powered automation solutions. Depending on your experience level (Regular, Senior or Lead), you will contribute to solution delivery, technical leadership and customer engagement while helping organizations automate business processes using AI.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain AI-powered copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio

  • Develop intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes

  • Configure conversational AI experiences and generative AI capabilities

  • Design and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate or other automation platforms

  • Integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and enterprise applications

  • Develop API integrations and custom connectors

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Troubleshoot, optimize and continuously improve AI automation solutions

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers and business stakeholders

  • Follow engineering best practices and contribute to technical improvements

  • For Lead-level candidates: provide technical guidance, support solution design and mentor other engineers

Requirements

  • Commercial hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio

  • Previous experience delivering automation solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or similar

  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs

  • Understanding of conversational AI and Generative AI concepts

  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 and/or Dynamics 365 ecosystems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in Agile environments

  • Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

  • Fluent English - C1

Nice to have

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications

  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI

  • Experience with Power Apps

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams integrations

  • Knowledge of Azure services

  • Experience designing reusable automation frameworks
