Selected professionals will design and evaluate production-quality software solutions, review complex codebases, assess architectural decisions, document technical reasoning, and contribute realistic programming examples and problem-solving approaches used to improve next-generation AI systems. Ideal Profile

5+ years of professional, consulting, or specialist experience in software development
-
Strong expertise in one or more of Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or full-stack development

Demonstrated experience designing and reviewing complex software architectures

Strong code-review experience with the ability to provide constructive technical feedback

Experience producing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation

Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and best practices

Ability to analyse complex codebases and architectural decisions

Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills

Ability to explain sophisticated software concepts clearly and concisely
