Job description

Overview:

The Product Manager defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more product areas within the AssistRx platform. Unlike the Product Owner who focuses on sprint-level execution, the Product Manager operates at the strategic level, identifying market opportunities, defining success metrics, and ensuring product investments align with company objectives and the anti-Frankenstein, anti-half-built-MVP principles established at the workshop. This role works across commercial, client services, and engineering to drive product decisions that support AssistRx's competitive position in specialty pharmacy. Product Managers are organized around the three strategic pillars of Access, Affordability, and Analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and validate direction
  • Develop business cases for new capabilities, quantifying expected revenue impact, cost savings, and customer value
  • Translate strategic priorities into a product roadmap with clear milestones, success metrics, and resource requirements
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog reflects roadmap priorities and strategic intent: the PM owns the 'why', the PO owns the 'what' at sprint level
  • Collaborate with commercial, client services, BD, Co
  • E, and account management to incorporate voice-of-customer feedback into product planning
  • Define and track product KPIs, using data to measure adoption, engagement, and business outcomes
  • Present product strategy, progress, and trade-offs to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Work with the Data Architect and Tech Leads to understand platform capabilities and constraints before making roadmap commitments
  • Manage dependencies across multiple Scrum teams and coordinate release timing for cross-team initiatives
  • Own the interface between delivery and product, triaging formal product requests from delivery teams and maintaining visibility for all requestors
  • Stay current on industry trends in specialty pharmacy, patient services technology, and regulatory changes
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B Saa
  • S, healthcare technology, or regulated industries
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions (SQL, analytics tools, A/B testing)Experience working with Agile development teams and understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Domain knowledge in specialty pharmacy, patient access, hub services, or pharma manufacturer workflows preferred
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus but not required
Pay Range: USD $111,300.11 - USD $139,125.13 /Hr.
