Goldbelt Glacier is committed to providing transformative and comprehensive health operational capabilities to support customers across scientific, clinical, technological, and program management areas.

Summary:

The objective of this requirement is to provide Reserve Component Transition Assistance Advisors located in the 50 states, three territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands) and the District of Columbia to serve as points of contact and resource coordinators, to provide technical support to military managers/supervisors, Reserve Component members, their families and Veterans as to the benefits and entitlements Program to ensure standardization and continuity of service.

The purpose of RCTAA Support Services is to ensure all eligible Reserve Component service members have the opportunity to be made aware of the transition services and benefits available to them, their families and Veterans under the laws administered by the Secretary of Defense and benefits and health care furnished under the laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for the performance of the work at all locations, TO compliance, and quality control
  • Actively observe and utilize current business practices
  • Develop approaches for promoting lessons learned and communication of outcomes
  • Propose means or methods of streamlining activities
  • Outline functional areas of improvement, propose viable solutions, and determine technical methodologies
  • Program Manager shall attend conferences, so they are aware of training and information NGB is communicating to the LSFRSs
Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • A strong understanding of ARNG Family Readiness programs, Financial Education programs, and the ARNG structure at the state level
  • Interpersonal skills and team building skills to effectively take part in instructional duties for National Guard Family Readiness Program staff instruction
  • Knowledge of standing operating procedures and the ability to interpret guidance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Power Point, Excel, Word, Access
  • Shall ensure virtual and in-person classrooms meet safety, security, comfort, and hygiene standards
  • Strong organizational skills
  • All applicants shall possess interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least five years of related to staff training and management, family readiness and/or human resources.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Pass an employer background check
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and must be able to drive a rental car

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree preferred with a strong training background utilizing the ADDIE methodology

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually.
