Overview:

We're looking for a curious, analytical and commercially minded Sustainability Analyst to help shape our sustainability journey through data-driven insights, business case development and operational improvement initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your analytical expertise with your passion for sustainability, influencing decisions that support environmental performance, regulatory compliance and long-term business success.

Responsibilities:

As a Sustainability Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping us understand, measure and improve our sustainability performance. You'll collect and analyse data from across our nationwide repair centre network, turning complex information into meaningful insights that drive action.

Working closely with operational teams, senior leaders and sustainability stakeholders, you'll support investment decisions, performance reporting and the delivery of strategic sustainability initiatives.

 
  • Collecting, validating and analysing sustainability data across multiple sites.
  • Producing clear reports, dashboards and performance insights for senior leadership and wider business stakeholders.
  • Developing business cases for sustainability-related investments and evaluating project outcomes.
  • Identifying trends, opportunities and risks through data analysis.
  • Supporting reporting requirements and sustainability governance activities.
  • Working with site teams to understand operational processes and identify practical improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting responsible sourcing, supplier engagement and traceability initiatives.
  • Monitoring sustainability legislation and emerging regulatory requirements.
  • Contributing to sustainability awareness campaigns, engagement programmes and colleague communications.
  • Supporting the delivery of strategic sustainability objectives across the business.

Qualifications:  
  • Experience within sustainability, ESG, environmental performance, compliance or operational improvement.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as SBTi, ESOS, EPC ratings, circular economy principles or carbon reporting would be desirable
  • Experience developing investment business cases or evaluating project performance including supporting sustainability communications, engagement or training initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Confidence working independently while building strong relationships across the business.
  • Experience using data to support decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Interest in environmental sustainability and sustainable business practices.
