We are seeking a Resource Planner to join our team. As a Resource Planner, you’ll be joining a fast-paced, driven environment that’s helping to make a life-changing difference to patients by identifying and coordinating the right talent for proposals, bid defense meetings, newly awarded studies and ongoing project needs. Who we’re looking for 

  • A structured, analytical thinker who can interpret resource demand, capacity and forecasting information. 
  • A confident communicator who can work effectively with senior stakeholders and is comfortable influencing and negotiating resource decisions. 
  • A proactive professional with a strong sense of urgency who identifies issues early and follows through promptly. 
  • A detail-oriented, accountable and flexible team member who can manage multiple priorities in a virtual, matrix environment. 

What you’ll do 

  • Evaluate resource requirements for proposals, bid defense meetings, newly awarded studies and changes to project teams, considering timing, required hours, overall experience and therapeutic-area experience. 
  • Track proposed and confirmed assignments, follow up on bid defense outcomes and proposal start dates, and respond to replacement needs arising from leave or changes in study teams. 
  • Develop and track Project Management resourcing metrics and contribute to improvements in resource-planning tools, databases and change initiatives. 

Additional details 

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in finance, business, information technology, or a related field. Candidates who are actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree may also be considered. 
  • Relevant professional experience in a corporate, international-company or international-team environment is expected.
  • Strong computer and internet skills are required, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
