Job description

Join our Immigration department​as an Immigration Data Clerk located in our Warsaw Center of Excellence office (remote).

Position Summary

The Immigration Data Clerk position will partner with immigration attorneys/paralegals to assist with data entry and reporting.  Candidate should be fluent in English.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate internal reports, including monthly reports on status document expirations, max-out dates, green card eligibility, and conditional green card expirations.

  • Update case management system with immigration status documents, job details, and other client information.

  • Complete reporting requests from client and internal team.

  • Request the opening of billing matters and assist with legal services agreements/engagement letters.

  • Audit client records and conduct data cleansing.

  • Migrate data and documents for new clients to firm systems.

  • Code immigration templates into case management system.

  • Work on other data requests as needed.

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation.

  • High attention to detail, outstanding case management, organizational and analytical skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

  • Ability to work independently toward team goals.

  • Ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience within a law firm or similar organization.

  • University/College degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • Experience with data entry and reporting is preferred.

Technology

  • Experience with data management and analysis tools including Excel, Power BI and SQL is preferred.

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as basic proficiency in data entry and managing electronic files.

Other

  • Be a Polish citizen living in Poland or a foreign national living in Poland with the right to work in Poland without a work permit.
