Position Information

Position Overview

The Integration Implementation Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting and delivering on complex implementations in partnership with the Implementation Management Team. This position owns end-to-end execution of the integrations workstream across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and technical requirements. As the primary technical owner of interface success, the Integration Implementation Analyst collaborates cross-functionally with Implementation Managers, Data Services, Product, and client stakeholders to guide and support the design, build, and deployment success of scalable, secure integrations with the CredentialStream platform. 

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

  • Manage tasks across multiple software implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-quality results within timeline and budgetary targets 
  • Own full lifecycle execution of the integrations workstream across multiple Credentialing implementation projects, from requirements through go-live and stabilization  
  • Monitor, track, and report on integration progress, proactively identifying risks, delays, and dependencies and driving resolution  
  • Maintain accountability for successful delivery of all integrations within project timelines and scope  
  • Lead requirements gathering and assist in translating business needs into technical interface design specifications  
  • Partner with Implementation Managers to align integration timelines with overall project plans and milestones  
  • Provide support and best practice recommendations to clients within healthcare environments in configuration, building, testing, and deployment interfaces using standards such as HL7, APIs, XML, and standardized flat file imports  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve interface and data integrity issues  
  • Identify and manage risks specific to integrations including data quality, dependencies, and interoperability challenges  
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational security standards  
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including interface specifications and mapping documents  
  • Identify and oversee risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure workstream success 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workstream risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of technical components 
  • Facilitate integration focused project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed on time 
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions 
  • Perform data and business analysis, providing recommendations for data integrity and normalization 
  • Monitor project workstream progress, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones; Communicating integration workstream status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and HSTM executive leadership in a clear and concise manner 
  • Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to support teams 
  • Ensure project workstream documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date 
  • Public speaking; Presenting at user conferences and in webinars 
  • Understand HSTM software functionality to support client business objectives and processes 
  • Adherent to documented standard operating procedures for Implementations 
  • Travel to client sites as needed
