Job Description:

Join Job Duck as an Intake Specialist and become the welcoming first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal assistance. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating an exceptional client experience by managing inquiries, qualifying potential clients, coordinating consultations, and ensuring every lead receives timely attention. Success in this position comes from strong communication skills, a customer focused mindset, and the ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment.   • Monthly Compensation Range: from $1,142 to $1,220 SUD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Qualify first time callers using established training materials and intake procedures
  • Answer inbound calls from potential clients and return missed calls and voicemails
  • Place outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries
  • Monitor referrals from call answering services and identify incorrect jurisdictions or referrals
  • Manage and maintain potential clients within the CRM pipeline to ensure prompt follow up
  • Upload, organize, and manage client documentation
  • Process consultation payments and distribute payment links when required
  • Schedule consultations for in person meetings, phone calls, and Google Meet appointments
  • Prepare client summaries and case information for attorney review
  • Prepare and present bi weekly and monthly reports to leadership
  • Translate written and verbal communications between English and Spanish when needed
  • Draft and prepare client agreements
  • Ensure no prospective client inquiry is left unattended and maintain timely communication throughout the intake process
  • Process inquiries received through phone calls, voicemail, email, and online platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the intake process

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer service or sales.
• Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken)
• Full professional proficiency in written and verbal English communication
• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative when needed
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional and client-focused approach to all interactions

• Time Zone: PST
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
