Oracle EPM Product Owner - Operations, Delivery & Governance Lead

Role Summary:
Lead the day-to-day operational management and coordination of Oracle EPM applications, ensuring business-as-usual operations, enhancement delivery, planning cycles, and stakeholder commitments remain on track.
This role serves as the central point of coordination across Finance, Technology, COE, vendors, and business teams, balancing competing priorities while driving execution, accountability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and oversee day-to-day Oracle EPM operations, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
-Build, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, forecast cycles, and strategic priorities.
-Manage enhancement intake, backlog, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
-Drive data-driven prioritization of enhancements, defects, and initiatives based on business impact, effort, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value.
-Partner with Finance, Technology, COE, vendors, and business stakeholders to align priorities, requirements, and delivery plans.
-Drive governance, status reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and escalation of blockers to ensure successful execution.
-Coordinate releases, testing, deployments, user communications, training, and post-production support.
-Support planning and budget cycles by ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and adherence to key milestones.
-Develop executive and leadership communications, including status updates, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews.
-Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, requirements sessions, prioritization discussions, and executive reviews while maintaining clear documentation and follow-through.
-Monitor application health, user feedback, production support activities, and service requests, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
-Promote process standardization, automation, governance, and best practices across Oracle EPM processes.
-Build, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps and backlogs.
-Lead backlog grooming, refinement, and prioritization sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
-Develop executive and leadership presentations, status updates, and project communications.
-Drive data-driven prioritization based on business impact, effort, urgency, dependencies, and strategic objectives.
-Leverage Jira, Confluence/Wiki, PowerPoint, and related tools to support planning, execution, governance, and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, program coordination, PMO, business operations, finance systems, or related roles.
-Strong functional expertise in Oracle EPM with deep knowledge of Workforce Planning, OPEX Planning, CapEx Planning, and Project Financial Planning modules.
-Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, allocations, and financial planning processes.
-Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities.
-Strong organizational, project management, and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executives and technical teams.
-Proven ability to manage ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive accountability across diverse teams.
-Demonstrated experience building and managing product roadmaps, enhancement portfolios, and release plans.
-Experience preparing executive-level communications, leadership updates, dashboards, and status reporting materials.
-Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives using data-driven frameworks that balance impact, effort, urgency, risk, and business value.
