Shopify Orders Auditor & CS Support specialist

IncubatorLab is seeking a meticulous Shopify Orders Auditor & Customer Service Support Specialist. This is a critical quality-control and operational track role for someone who views e-commerce fulfillment as a zero-error science.

Role Objective:

The Shopify Orders Auditor & CS Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all e-commerce transactions prior to fulfillment. In this role, you will meticulously review Shopify orders to verify that SKUs, quantities, bundles, subscriptions, and specialized Welcome Box components are correctly configured. Additionally, you will serve as the dedicated technical and operational support point of contact for the Customer Service team, resolving complex order-related issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Audit incoming Shopify orders daily to verify the accuracy of SKUs, quantities, and pricing.
  • Validate complex order configurations, including product bundles, recurring subscription setups, and promotional Welcome Box components, before they are sent to fulfillment.
  • Identify, flag, and correct order discrepancies, system glitches, or sync errors between Shopify and inventory/fulfillment platforms.
  • Act as the primary liaison and dedicated support resource for the Customer Support team, troubleshooting escalated order issues, tracking anomalies, and processing manual adjustments.
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to halt, modify, or prioritize orders based on audit findings or urgent customer requests.
  • Maintain documentation on common order errors and collaborate

What we are looking for

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order auditing, or specialized customer support.
  • Advanced Shopify expertise, with a proven track record of managing orders, draft orders, product variants, and complex SKU architectures.
  • Deep familiarity with Shopify subscription apps (e.g., Recharge, Skio) and bundle apps.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and e-commerce fulfillment workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data verification and SKU matching.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

WORKING HOURS: REMOTE-FIRST & ASYNCHRONOUS

Async-First: We prioritize output over "hours in a seat."

EST Overlap: You must be available for a few hours of overlap with US-based EST working hours each day to facilitate team meetings and real-time support.
