We strive to maintain a flexible work environment with a warm and welcoming company culture.The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all day to day operational functions across their assigned locations. Responsible for staff optimization, market safety, cross market scaling, implementing efficiencies, P&L optimization, infusing company culture, values and mission, maintaining healthy client relationships, market awareness including seasonality, events and cycles. Accountable to KPI’s including vehicle available hours, rides taken, driver safety scores, client and rider satisfaction scores and account profitability.  Regularly report on KPI’s and market trends. Manage new location openings and closings as needed.  Lean in to cover for other Regional Operations Managers and work on company projects and initiatives on an as need basis.  

Regional Oversight

  • Based out of one of the regional sites with direct management of the base site and/or some additional local sites.  Spend 80 to 90% of time in the regional market.  Spend a day at  each location on a regular basis, a minimum of 2 times a month. Rotate schedule including being present for opening shifts, closing shifts, and weekend shifts.
  • Supervise and support Operational Managers and Lead Drivers to ensure efficient and effective operations across all markets within the area including reviewing schedule optimizations, location efficiencies, sharing company and regional practices and holding the team accountable to standards. 
  • Monitor market performance metrics, including service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency, making timely improvements as needed. 
  • Partner with the fleet team on maintenance, schedules for routine maintenance, movement of vehicles as needed, and collaborating with local vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with client service level agreements, company policies and standards. 

Leadership and Team Development 

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor Operational Managers, ensuring they are equipped to manage their teams effectively. 
  • Hold regular meetings with all direct reports sharing KPI results, share suggestions  for improvement and guide on managing 
  • Conduct performance reviews for Operational Managers and assist with their professional development. 
  • Foster collaboration and communication among markets within the area and across the company to share best practices. 

Operational Management

  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure operational coverage across region. 
  • Monitor fleet and facility management activities across the area, addressing issues escalated by Operational Managers. 
  • Partner with internal and external teams on new site launches and location closures.  Oversee the business lifecycle.  Project manage and ensure successful go live launches.
  • Ensure alignment of market operations with client contractual obligations and company goals. 
  • Support local partners and advertising partners as needed including ad photography support.

Financial Management 

  • Manage the regional operational budget and tracking expenditures. 
  • Analyze financial performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. 

Client and Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level client inquiries and escalations within the area. 
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to address client feedback and implement action plans as needed. 
  • Coordinate with sales and partner success teams to ensure client satisfaction. 
  • Partner with internal teams on systems process improvements ongoing.

Reporting and Data Analysis 

  • Consolidate performance reports from Operational Managers and provide actionable insights to senior management. 
  • Use data analytics to identify trends and develop strategies to improve operational performance. 

Other duties as assigned include special projects, providing backup coverage, and planning and participating in events.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, including at least 2 years in a multi-site supervisory or management role.
  • Strong hands-on operational and field management experience.
  • Related industry experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing managers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational performance metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions in real time.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with operational and communication tools such as Fleetio, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of local markets and operating environments preferred.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop employees on service standards and operational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, set clear expectations, and hold employees accountable.
  • This is an on-site, non-remote position. The role will be based out of either our Miami or Fort Lauderdale location, with regular travel to Circuit sites throughout Florida, including current and future markets, as business needs require.
