Job description

About Miovision:

At Miovision, we’re unlocking transportation networks that move you. Our vision and mission is to enable smart, fast, safe communities that simply flow, as we drive the Intelligent Mobility Revolution. Backed by the world’s most advanced traffic AI, Miovision’s innovations in traffic signal planning and operations are making it possible for cities to improve the transportation experience for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians.

Our values drive us. They’re at the core of everything we do. If they align with yours, proceed through the GREEN light!

  • All in to win: We're driven by a winning mindset, approaching every challenge with intensity, clarity, and speed.

  • One Miovision: We succeed as one team, uniting diverse talents, building on trust, and putting our shared mission before ego.

  • Be better every day: We're committed to continuous growth, staying curious, building mastery, and embracing challenges as learning opportunities.

  • Make it happen: We are proactive and results-driven, taking ownership, acting with urgency, and focusing on solutions that deliver real impact.

  • Earn the customer: We are deeply customer-centric, focused on earning our customers' partnership every day by delivering exceptional experiences that drive their success.

Position Summary:

Traffic bottlenecks do not just slow down commuter journeys, they also delay first responders, public transit, and municipal service fleets when every second counts. At Miovision, we are clearing the road ahead by creating smart intersection technology and AI-driven cloud software that keep cities moving safely, efficiently, and without gridlock.

We are looking for a Channel Engagement Manager to take the wheel on monetizing our strategic partner networks (such as major telematics providers, AT&T, Ericsson, HAAS, and Whelen), acting as a senior sales overlay to help our regional teams open doors and close deals faster across our Opticom and V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) solutions. Instead of driving a solo sales territory, you will work closely with partners, tapping into millions of already-connected fleet vehicles spanning Public Works, Law Enforcement, and Emergency Services and turning warm introductions into joint revenue. If you want to build strategic momentum, clear co-selling roadblocks, and watch your work directly improve urban mobility in the real world, this is your green light.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Partner-Led Prospecting: Tap into existing partner networks (Telematics platforms, HAAS, Whelen, etc.) to identify target accounts across Public Works (snow plows, waste management, utility fleets), Law Enforcement, and School Bus districts.

  • Overlay and Co-Sell: Partner directly with internal Account Executives to participate in discovery calls and product demos, explaining how Miovision’s cloud software integrates seamlessly with partner platforms.

  • Build Strategic Partner Relationships: Engage high-level decision-makers (such as VPs of Sales and Regional Directors at partner organizations) to unlock warm introductions for Miovision sales reps.

  • Enable Internal and External Teams: Serve as the subject matter expert on joint value propositions, training internal reps on complex partner integrations and GTM strategies.

  • Joint Marketing and Campaigns: Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch co-branded "better together" go-to-market initiatives.

  • Salesforce Tracking and Operational Execution: Accurately log partner-driven pipeline and joint attribution quota splits in Salesforce while keeping local territory reps as primary account owners.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with Account Executives, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) so deals run smoothly from initial interest to long-term customer support.

Ideal Profile:

  • Experience: 5+ years of success in channel sales, partner business development, or indirect co-selling.

  • Industry Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience in vehicle telematics, vehicle-oriented IoT, fleet management software (SaaS), or public sector/gov-tech sales.

  • Senior Hunter Mindset: Proven track record of prospecting, driving revenue, and negotiating with senior-level decision-makers and partner executives with high autonomy.

  • Technical Fluency: Ability to comfortably explain cloud software integrations, vehicle telematics data flow, and hardware/SaaS setups to both technical specialists and everyday fleet managers.

  • Salesforce Proficiency: Skilled in managing complex multi-stakeholder pipelines, logging joint attribution deals, and maintaining accurate account notes.

  • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel freely across the US and Canada (up to 50%).

Your Rewards & Well-being:
We invest in our team with benefits designed for modern life and true work-life balance.

  • Comprehensive Coverage: Your well-being is covered from day one with comprehensive health benefits, 24/7 virtual healthcare access, and dedicated wellness programs.

  • Financial Future: Build for tomorrow with our RRSP/401K Matching Plan and share in the company's success through our Variable Incentive Plan.

  • Time to Recharge: Truly unplug with our unique Mio-Days and flexible vacation policy.

  • Work & Life Support: We support you with flexible work options, an internet subsidy, a remote work allowance, and enhanced leave for new parents.
