The RoleWe're looking for a
senior seasoned Technical Program Manager to join us Full remote in Mexico and drive delivery, planning, and execution across multiple teams on a high-visibility program. This is a strategic role, not a traditional project management position — you'll own cross-team coordination and accountability with digital and channel owners and stakeholders, and manage dependencies, risks, and escalations with real authority. We need a seasoned operator and strong influencer who can drive teams without a direct reporting line, ramp up quickly, and deliver outcomes within a short timeframe.

- Strong cross-team coordination, dependency management, risk management, and escalation handling with authority
- Senior, seasoned operator able to influence and drive teams without a direct reporting line
- Ability to ramp quickly and deliver outcomes within short timeframes
Nice to Have- Travel/Hospitality domain experience
- Prior experience in conversational AI, contact center modernization, or omnichannel digital programs
