JOB DESCRIPTION

Produce and refine superior video content designed to advance client objectives and Fountain Forward initiatives across all social, web, and campaign platforms. Work in close collaboration with the Creative Director to transform raw footage into sophisticated narratives, ensuring punctual delivery and strict adherence to specifications and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities & Duties
Production & Editing
  • Assemble raw footage into rough/final cuts; add music/dialogue/graphics/effects; ensure logical sequencing and smooth flow.
  • Elevate picture and sound quality; color grade and mix audio to spec.
  • Deliver platform-specific edits for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and web.
Pre-production & Collaboration
  • Clarify storyline, goals, and target specs with Creative Director and project teams; provide creative suggestions to enhance outcomes.
  • Coordinate across production→post; organize assets and maintain archives for rapid retrieval.

Quality Control & Delivery

  • Ensure correct formatting/presentation per client specs; meet deadlines and department quality standards.
  • Apply Creative SOPs/checklists aligned to CRD-PO-01 (Creative Process Characterization).
  • Spec compliance: Assets meet platform/client technical specs (format, duration, captions).

Brand & Campaign Support
  • Produce engaging marketing edits (sizzle reels, ads) and internal brand content; support testimonial capture with CSMs when scheduled.

Creative Production
  • Design internal marketing materials including social media assets, blog graphics, digital banners, website mockups, and brand assets for video content.
  • Produce client-facing design assets supporting Fountain Forward services, including DRA and event frames, sliders, monthly offers and ads, postcards, brochures, flyers, banners, billboards, newsletters, and Amazon ads.

Continuous Improvement
  • Track and adopt new editing techniques and industry best practices; suggest process tweaks to improve speed and quality.



Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven Video Editor experience with portfolio; mastery of Adobe Premiere + After Effects; strong grasp of codecs/formats/compression.

Proven graphic designer skills and experience with samples included in the portfolio.

Competent in Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva; concept boards a plus; excellent English communication; collaborates well across disciplines.

3+ years in a similar role; strong visual composition and deadline discipline.

Preferred Experience & Competencies

Filmmaking/videography experience; social-platform nuances; color grading and audio editing; project-management tool fluency.

Ability to translate desired outcomes into creative execution and propose enhancements.
