empowering and developing strengths to live a healthy and productive life.

Texas. We will leave no stone unturned in the pursuit to extend the pool of mental health
resources while eradicating the negative stigma behind mental health.

Job Responsibilities & Criteria

  • Participates in monthly and quarterly clinician meetings to address client needs and requirements (virtual and in-person)
  • Maintains a minimum of three weekly calendar events per week

    • At least one of the following:
      • Open office hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
      • Evening (after 5:00 pm)
      • Weekend is optional
  • Completes required documentation, including psychosocial CANS 1.0/2.0 assessments and treatment planning, in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment to clients
  • Demonstrates commitment to the philosophy of the agency
  • Weekly or Biweekly Supervision calls with 8-10 QMHP's with completed supervision notes per QMHP-CS
  • Mandatory Clinical MCO and Insurance panel views of client progress calls with Program Director
  • Assist with discharge planning for client treatment
  • Assisting with providing agency with treatment resources (accredited material) and community resources for client collaboration of care
