Design Project Coordinator

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a Design Project Coordinator to join our team at Huntington Billboards!

Huntington Billboard Co. is the fastest growing media company in the U.S. with billboard assets across 18 states. As an independently owned company, we build over 1,500 new billboard faces each year. This rapid expansion drives our need for exceptional talent to join our dynamic team. 

Are you a creative, organized professional who enjoys working with customers? The Huntington Billboard Company is looking for a Design Project Coordinator to help bring advertisers’ ideas to life and ensure billboard designs are impactful and on brand.

You’ll coordinate artwork from concept to production, working closely with customers, over 20 sales reps, and production partners in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. If you enjoy blending creativity with organization, this role is for you! This is not a graphic design role; it is a project coordination and communication role focused on managing design requests and moving completed artwork through our fulfillment system. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Customer Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after they’ve signed a contract, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to design.
• Design Consultation: Collaborate with customers to understand their vision, branding, and messaging goals for their billboard design.
• Coordination with Designers: Work closely with graphic designers to ensure customer concepts are translated into high-quality artwork that meets technical and creative standards.
• Customer Approvals: Present design drafts to customers, gather feedback, and manage revisions to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Digital Uploads: Manage artwork for digital inventory.
• Client Digital Upload Tutorials: Provide tutorials to clients so they can conduct their own digital uploads.
• Project Management: Maintain clear timelines and deadlines for design completion to meet installation schedules.
  
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the customer’s brand and the company’s design quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer preferences, design iterations, and approvals in our CRM and project management software.
  
  

What We Need From You: 

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, graphic design coordination, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with billboard advertising or outdoor media is a plus.
  
• Candidate should reside in the Dayton, OH area.

Compensation: $50,000 - $57,000
