Independent Contractor - Catholic Project Manager, Part-time

About the Role:

In search of an active practicing Catholic to support CAS’ Catholic strategist in the role of contracted Part-time Project Manager, directly overseeing Catholic outreach under the Church Marketing team. Looking specifically for an independent contractor with previous experience working with Catholic apostolates and familiarity with the Catholic Church hierarchy, leaders, key organizations, and cultural figures engaged in ministry. Estimated 20 - 25 hours per week. Contract up to $10k monthly billing, plus travel and related expenses. Estimated contract through April 2027, with potential to extend if needed. 

What you’ll do:

Support CAS Catholic Strategist across all Catholic marketing and engagement initiatives, driving projects forward solo while Catholic strategist is on maternity leave Oct-Dec 2026. Including:

● Push forward and report out on pre-established CAS Catholic marketing and engagement events, projects, and campaign beats while Catholic strategist is on mat leave Oct-Dec.

● Lead weekly meetings with Catholic Agency on retainer, managing the team towards pre-established project and campaign beats, milestones, and KPIs.

● Serve as liaison between the Catholic Agency and internal CAS marketing and distribution teams.

● Support progress of Catholic partnerships with multiple organizations and track Catholic ministry resource content creation pipeline.

● Support the adaptation of marketing framing, language, and assets as needed for the Catholic market.

● Active ownership of sponsorship execution and attendance at events, representing Come and See/The Chosen brand at Catholic events.

Compensation: Contractor Billed Hours - up to $10k per month
