Job description

We are partnering with a growing US-based Pet Health technology company to recruit a Senior GTM Engineer.

In this role, you will serve as the lead builder for our go-to-market systems and revenue technology stack. You will translate architectural vision into robust, scalable technical implementations, designing end-to-end automated workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot, and middleware tools to streamline customer journeys and optimize business operations.

Position Details

  • Work Model: 100% Remote (Full-time, 40 hours/week, long-term commitment).
  • Target Regions: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, or Uruguay.
  • Industry: Pet Health / B2B & PLG SaaS.
  • Language Requirement: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+ level minimum).

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM Engineering & Implementation: Build and optimize complex Salesforce Flows and automated workflows connecting tools like Clay, Gong, and HubSpot to capture intent, fit, and engagement signals.
  • Systems Architecture & Integration: Design and maintain robust system integrations, leveraging native connections, APIs, and middleware (Make.com, Zapier, Xappex G-Connector).
  • Declarative & Custom Development: Prioritize declarative configurations (Salesforce Flow) and implement Apex code when custom programming is necessary.
  • Optimization & Scalability: Refactor legacy systems, map GTM processes, identify performance bottlenecks, and execute sprint tasks aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and CX Operations to ensure data alignment across the entire customer lifecycle while maintaining clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in GTM systems engineering within B2B or PLG SaaS environments.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Flow, and data models.
  • Required Certifications:
    • Salesforce Platform App Builder
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Integration & Automation: Proven track record orchestrating data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and middleware/automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM architecture, APIs, SQL, and declarative automation best practices.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills (B2+).

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Data Architect or Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect.
  • Hands-on Apex programming experience.
  • Experience with specialized platforms: Zuora (Finance), Clay, Gong, ChurnZero, Wrike, DocuSign, or Guru.
