Selected professionals will participate in structured one-on-one coaching conversations that reflect real-world career scenarios. The work involves career planning, job-search guidance, interview preparation, professional development, workplace challenges, and career transitions, with a strong emphasis on natural communication, active listening, and practical guidance. No prior experience in AI is required.
Key Responsibilities
Career Coaching & Professional Development

Participate in realistic one-on-one career coaching conversations with other professionals

Simulate common coaching scenarios involving career planning, job searches, interviews, professional development, and career transitions

Provide practical, thoughtful, and actionable guidance grounded in real-world coaching experience

Help individuals explore career goals, opportunities, challenges, and next steps

Maintain professional, constructive, and supportive coaching interactions
Career Planning & Job Search Guidance

Support conversations involving career direction, role exploration, and professional decision-making

Provide guidance on job-search strategies, interview preparation, and career-transition planning

Help individuals think through workplace challenges and professional-development priorities

Adapt recommendations to different industries, experience levels, and professional circumstances

Communication & Coaching Techniques

Ideal Profile

Professional experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or in a closely related role

Several years of hands-on experience in career coaching, counselling, mentoring, or professional development preferred

Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills

Ability to conduct natural, engaging, and helpful one-on-one coaching conversations

Experience supporting individuals with career planning, job searches, interviews, workplace challenges, or career transitions

Strong interpersonal judgement and ability to adapt communication to different professional backgrounds and career goals

Comfortable working remotely and participating in structured paired conversation sessions

Strong professional communication skills and ability to follow detailed project guidelines

No prior experience in AI research or model training is required
