We're looking for a detail oriented Vacation Planning Specialist to assist clients with organizing memorable travel experiences while managing booking details, itineraries, and travel coordination. What You'll Do
Assist with vacation planning and destination research
Coordinate travel bookings and itineraries
Organize transportation and accommodations
Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences
Monitor booking updates and confirmations
Maintain organized client records
Ensure every itinerary is complete and accurate
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Passion for travel and customer service
Experience in hospitality, customer service, scheduling, or administration preferred
Self motivated and dependable
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
