Job description

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, keeping details organized, and making sure things stay on track. As a Travel Services Coordinator, you'll help clients throughout the planning process by coordinating travel details, keeping reservations organized, and making sure questions and requests are handled in a timely manner.

You'll work with clients and travel professionals to help put the pieces of each trip together. Some days may involve reviewing a reservation, updating an itinerary, researching options, or simply making sure a client has the information they need. It's a good fit for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys a mix of customer service and administrative work.

What You'll Do

  • Help coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
  • Assist with reservation requests, updates, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Keep itineraries and client information organized and up to date.
  • Communicate with clients through email and other online platforms.
  • Research travel options and gather information based on client requests.
  • Review booking details and help identify missing or incorrect information.
  • Keep track of upcoming trips and outstanding items.
  • Provide friendly and professional support throughout the planning process.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who is organized and enjoys working with details.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to manage several tasks without losing track of the little things.
  • Comfortable working independently and staying productive from home.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new online tools.
  • Dependable, proactive, and willing to ask questions when needed.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, scheduling, or travel is a plus, but it's not required.

What We Provide

  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • Training and onboarding to help you get started.
  • Ongoing guidance and team support.
  • Access to travel planning resources and online tools.
  • Opportunities to build new skills and grow professionally.

Requirements

  • Reliable computer and internet connection.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with online systems and digital communication.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or eligible countries within Latin America.
