Job Summary

Your Career

We are looking for a results-oriented, high-energy marketing professional to join our LATAM Field Marketing organization. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our regional presence by executing innovative demand generation programs tailored to Mexico. You will partner closely with local solutions leadership and our partner ecosystem to accelerate the adoption of our platform-centric solutions. Your Impact

  • Solutions Delivery: Lead the local execution of LATAM priority campaigns.

  • Solutions Alignment: Serve as a key marketing partner to the local solutions team. Actively participate in solutions meetings, QBRs, and regional campaign meetings to ensure marketing activities are directly influencing the pipeline.

  • Transactional Growth: Execute micro-campaigns by solution to address pipeline gaps, focusing on downmarket strategies.

  • Partner Co-Marketing: Implement and manage solution campaigns scaling our reach through local distributors, service providers, and partners.

  • Execution Excellence: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of programs, from target selection and digital execution to post-campaign analysis and ROI reporting.

  • Platform Advocacy: Drive the narrative of our platform evolution - shifting the conversation from "point products" to our integrated security platform - ensuring consistency in messaging across every local touchpoint.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the technology/SaaS sector. Deep understanding of demand generation metrics, funnel management, and campaign execution.

  • Strategic Execution: Proven track record of managing multi-channel programs, including events, digital media, and partner-led initiatives.

  • Collaboration: A natural collaborator who can build strong, trusted relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, BDRs, Partner Marketing, and Global Marketing teams.

  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce) to track performance, optimize ROI, and report on KPI achievement.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Language: Fluency in Spanish (mandatory) and professional proficiency in English (essential for HQ alignment).
