Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Prescription Analytics Lead to drive the transformation of our Prescription Analytics operation through advanced analytics, automation, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. This role will focus on moving the organization from repetitive execution activities toward strategic, value-added analytical capabilities that support commercial growth, operational excellence, and client success.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen, has experience managing large datasets, and can translate complex market and prescription data into actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analytics
Analyze prescription and healthcare market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Generate customer and market insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making.
Identify growth opportunities through advanced analytical techniques and business intelligence.
Lead and execute ad hoc analytical projects for internal and external stakeholders.
Automation & Process Improvement
Design and implement automation initiatives that improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
Drive continuous improvement programs across analytics and operational processes.
Monitor operational performance and efficiency metrics.
Leverage AI-enabled workflows and emerging technologies to optimize business processes.
Data Governance & Quality
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting environments.
Monitor and maintain key business KPIs.
Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices.
Identify and mitigate data and operational risks.
Commercial Enablement
Support business development and sales initiatives through data-driven insights.
Deliver client-facing analytics presentations and business reviews.
Develop business cases and strategic recommendations.
Contribute to portfolio expansion and revenue growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and large data manipulation.
Experience working with large and complex datasets.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
Intermediate English proficiency with the ability to communicate analytical findings clearly.
Proven ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
Knowledge of prescription audit methodologies and market measurement data.
SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Python and/or R for advanced analytics and automation.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
Experience implementing AI-driven solutions, automation tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
