Position Summary

The Oracle Fusion HCM Support Analyst serves as a functional expert responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management applications. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure Oracle HCM solutions effectively support business operations and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM platforms, including Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with hands-on expertise across multiple HR modules. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, manage quarterly releases, support reporting requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the HCM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Administration

  • Serve as the primary functional support resource for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues and user inquiries.
  • Analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Manage service requests, incidents, and enhancement requests in accordance with established SLAs.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
  • Maintain system configuration and ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices.

Functional Support Across HCM Modules

Provide support, maintenance, and optimization for multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including:

  • Core Human Resources
  • Workforce Structures
  • Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Talent Management
  • Performance Management
  • Goal Management
  • Learning Cloud
  • Compensation
  • Benefits
  • Journeys
  • HCM Security

Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition teams to understand business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system enhancements.
  • Advise stakeholders on Oracle-delivered functionality and best practices.
  • Support organizational initiatives involving workforce management, talent processes, and employee experience improvements.

Quarterly Release Management

  • Review Oracle quarterly release documentation and assess impacts to existing configurations.
  • Coordinate regression testing and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Document changes and communicate release impacts to stakeholders.
  • Recommend adoption of new Oracle Cloud functionality where appropriate.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
  • Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, compliance reporting, and audit requests.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and perform data validation activities.
  • Assist business users with reporting and dashboard requirements.

Security & Compliance

  • Support HCM security roles, data access controls, and segregation of duties requirements.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and system documentation.
  • Ensure employee data confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.

Testing & Documentation

  • Develop and execute test scripts for system enhancements and Oracle quarterly updates.
  • Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, process flows, and knowledge articles.
  • Support training initiatives and provide end-user guidance as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience supporting Human Capital Management systems.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud support experience.
  • Strong experience supporting multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Experience managing production support issues, enhancements, and release activities.
  • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification.
  • Experience supporting global HCM environments.
  • Familiarity with:
    • HCM Data Loader (HDL)
    • HCM Extracts
    • Fast Formulas
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    • REST and SOAP integrations
  • Experience supporting payroll-related integrations and downstream systems.
