About the Role

We're looking for an Enablement Tooling Lead to shape and drive our enablement tooling strategy during a period of active growth and optimization. This contract role partners closely with product and technical teams to ensure every new tool rollout lands with strong training, change management, and field adoption. You'll also own the ongoing optimization of our enablement technology stack, with an emphasis on unlocking real-time and AI-driven insights that make a measurable difference for the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with technical and product teams to support enablement for major tooling initiatives, including telephony, workflow, and AI-driven tools
  • Lead end-to-end enablement for tool rollouts: training programs, field readiness plans, and change management strategies
  • Serve as the dedicated enablement point of contact for key technical stakeholders, embedding enablement across the full tool lifecycle (design, launch, adoption)
  • Assess and optimize usage of existing enablement platforms, identifying quick wins to improve adoption, content accessibility, and field effectiveness
  • Drive standardization across enablement tools and workflows
  • Partner with stakeholders to activate AI capabilities across enablement tools and help operationalize real-time insights for the field
  • Support development of feedback loops connecting field performance to tooling improvements
  • Improve the structure and usability of knowledge and content systems, ensuring content is discoverable, actionable, and current
  • Establish lightweight governance to maintain content quality and consistency

Qualifications

Required

  • 5-8+ years of experience in Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Tooling Enablement roles
  • Experience supporting or implementing enablement tools and platforms
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with technical and product teams
  • Strong execution and project management skills
  • Comfortable operating in technical environments involving tool integrations, workflows, and data

Preferred

  • Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Gong, or similar LMS/content tools
  • Exposure to or interest in AI-powered enablement solutions
  • A hands-on, builder mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Key Details

  • Start Date: October 13, 2026
  • Contract Duration: Through approximately May 1, 2027 (~7 months)
  • Location: Remote (within the U.S.)
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
  • Pay Rate: $85 - $100/hour (based on experience) + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Engagement: Contract role through Maleda Tech.
