Telehealth Nurse Practitioner – Clark County, WA

Work from home and earn $600–$720 per day delivering telehealth care. Candidates must be physically located in Clark County, Washington, hold an active Washington NP license, and be registered with Medicaid.

Opportunity

A fast-growing healthcare organization is expanding access to preventive and value-based care through telehealth. As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you’ll conduct Comprehensive Health Assessments, identify and document risk adjustment findings, close quality care gaps, and help members understand their care plans and next steps.

This is a fully remote 1099 opportunity for an NP physically located in Clark County, Washington who can commit at least 24 hours per week.

What You Will Own

Conduct Comprehensive Health Assessments through telehealth

Review medical history, medications, preventive care needs, and relevant member information

Document HCC risk adjustment findings accurately

Identify and help close HEDIS quality measure care gaps

Use ICD-10 and CPT II codes to support complete documentation

Deliver clear care plans and follow-up guidance

Complete timely documentation supporting quality and value-based care programs

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Must be physically located in Clark County, Washington

Active Washington Nurse Practitioner license required

Must be registered/enrolled with Medicaid

At least 1 year of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine experience

Experience caring for Medicare and Medicaid populations

Familiarity with HEDIS and risk adjustment workflows

Ability to work at least 24 hours per week

Comfortable delivering care virtually and documenting thoroughly

Preferred

Additional active state NP licenses are preferred but NOT required

Value-based care experience

Annual Wellness Visit experience

HCC risk adjustment documentation experience

Strong weekday/daytime availability, especially Thursdays and Fridays
