The Project Management Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing key strategic projects within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of operations strategy and the ability to drive programs that align with our business objectives.

Here is what you can expect as our Project Management Manager:

  • Lead and execute complex projects with significant business impact, from strategic planning to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies to improve consistency, efficiency, and accountability across the organization.

  • Enhance operational efficiency and remove inefficiencies by leveraging data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communication by providing regular reports and updates on project progress, risks, and resource allocation.

  • Guide organizational transformation and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives and processes.

  • Implemented a standardized global project management methodology that streamlines project execution and enhanced cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or leading change initiatives, particularly within the healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management industries.

  • Proficiency in various project management and agile software development methodologies.

  • A strategic mindset with a proven ability to translate broad visions into concrete, actionable plans.

  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to overcome complex project challenges.

  • Strong executive reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate project insights and outcomes clearly.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $54,661.00 - $68,674.31 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
