Where You’ll Work

This role is open to remote work from one of the States that we are established in – Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, Texas, Louisiana and West Virginia. There are opportunities for hybrid work if located close to Baltimore, MD. We are also open to considering candidates in Canada (candidates located in NB, NS, ON, AB, and BC) for the right fit.

What You Will Do

Luminultra is hiring for a Sales Operations Manager. This role is responsible for optimizing the processes, systems, data, and commercial support that enable our sales organization to perform at a high level and scale effectively. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, systems, analytics, and process improvement, using data and operational insight to improve execution, visibility, and business performance. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with Sales leadership on pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, and sales performance; driving sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the sales organization.
  • Building and maintaining Sales Resources such as dashboards, reports, and analytics using Salesforce, Power BI, Excel and other systems as needed. 
  • Creating and publishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to commercial functions, such as contract management, sales training, and pricing policy.
  • Identifying opportunities across the sales funnel to improve conversion, deal velocity, and efficiency. 
  • Coordinating sales new hire onboarding and training across systems, processes, and commercial best practices. 
  • Leading strategic and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen scalability, data quality, and operational effectiveness.

At Luminultra, we're committed to paying fairly, clearly, and above all, paying for growth. We're open to candidates in the US or Canada for this role, and pay according to the band for wherever you're based.

The pay range for this role is $90,000 to $105,000 CAD or USD with the opportunity for increased compensation through our Sales Incentive Bonus Plan.

Who You Are

You’re a strategic, analytical, and hands-on sales operations professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments, turning data into action, and finding better ways for teams to work. You’re comfortable working across functions, influencing stakeholders, and balancing the big picture with the details that make things run smoothly. You will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Leadership, , Business Analytics, or a related field. 
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience supporting a B2B sales organization, ideally within a complex, technical, industrial, manufacturing, technology, or recurring-revenue environment. 
  • Experience driving sales effectiveness through Salesforce and Power BI, including reporting, data quality, system adoption, and process improvement. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations. 
  • Strong project and change management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from identifying an opportunity through implementation. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels and functions. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to data accuracy, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
