Your Career 

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Java Microservices to design, develop, and support scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. In this role, you will work on modern API, integration, and event-driven architectures while collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your Impact 

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Build and manage enterprise APIs using Apigee X.
• Develop and support event-driven architecture using Confluent Kafka.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop secure, high-performing, and resilient applications following industry best practices.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
• Utilize GitHub for source control, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
• Integrate applications with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and Cloud APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Contribute to architecture design, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Explore and leverage technologies such as Python and Neo4j to enhance platform capabilities.

Your Experience 

• 3+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java Microservices and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Apigee X API Management.
• Strong knowledge of Confluent Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and Cloud APIs.
• Exposure to Neo4j graph database is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Education 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Certifications & Knowledge 

The candidate must be willing and able to continue expanding their expertise in cloudnative technologies, distributed systems, and modern software engineering practices.
