About the Job

As an Insurance Operations Associate, We are looking for an Associate, Insurance Operations to own and maintain content quality across our personal finance products for MoneyHero, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across platforms. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of insurance brokerage operations.

The Associate, Insurance Operations will be responsible for:

  • Manage product, offer, and campaign configurations in Strapi for the MoneyHero market
  • Ensure content is correctly structured and mapped to frontend components
  • Validate that CTA behavior, labels, and product attributes are configured correctly
  • Conduct regular audits to identify outdated, incorrect, or misconfigured content
  • Support CMS migrations, enhancements, and content model updates
  • Set up and maintain reward forms and offers in Rewards Gateway
  • Configure reward logic, eligibility criteria, and promotional messaging
  • Ensure alignment between CMS product configuration and reward display
  • Support transactional and post-application messaging flows

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to validate content requirements for new features and raise or document content-impacting technical issues
  • Coordinate with the MoneyHero market's Commercial and Campaign teams to support provider requests
  • Assist Analytics and BA teams with click tracking and attribution setup when required

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • 2 to 3 years of writing experience
  • Fluency in Traditional Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking), able to create and manage content in Traditional Chinese for the MoneyHero market
  • Strong command of the English language for cross-functional collaboration, with strong writing skills that emphasise efficiency and accuracy
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems such as WordPress, HubSpot, ContentStack, or Strapi (Strapi experience strongly preferred); familiarity with Google Optimize is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to prioritise and complete assigned tasks

Good to Have:

  • A keen interest in personal finance, ideally with familiarity with the MoneyHero market's financial products
  • Knowledge in UI/UX writing
  • Experience supporting content QA or CMS migrations
