Escrow Processing Supervisor - US Based Remote

Escrow Processing Supervisor 

Compass Integrated Services is seeking a Supervisor to supervise the escrow processing team which supports our local title settlement business operations in Colorado, Utah, and Missouri. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to provide oversight to the processing team, monitor workload and performance in order to ensure consistent achievement of production goals. This is a 100% remote position reporting to the National Escrow Processing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily workflow tasks; delegate and assign tasks to employees

• Make decisions based on established processes and procedures

• Partner with Vendor Coordinator on any vendor issues or questions

• Address inquiries and complaints from local operations and clients

• Provide localized supervision of regional processing team

• Key point of contact for local business leaders for issue escalations and providing updates on workflow processes, policy changes, etc.

• Supervise processing team on day-to-day production, provide training and partner with National Escrow Processing Manager on recruitment, development and performance management of team members.

Requirements:

• Experience in the closing/title/real estate industry. 

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/people management experience.

• Interpersonal influencing and relationship building. 

• Strong ability to analyze, practice good judgment, and decision making. 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and the ability to learn new technical applications. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be available to work during core business hours and have the flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
