Systems/Test Analyst

Test Analyst (mid-level)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems/Test Analyst to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing, and application quality initiatives. This role will work closely with business and technical teams to validate system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions across payment processing and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute UAT, system, and integration test cases for business applications and platform enhancements.
• Validate integrations involving ACH, WorldPay, Apple Pay, and other payment processing systems.
• Perform testing of mainframe and distributed applications, ensuring data integrity and end-to-end functionality.
• Identify, document, track, and coordinate resolution of defects with development and support teams.
• Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, requirements traceability, and testing documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure successful user acceptance.
• Proactively learn new applications, processes, and technologies, independently navigating systems to analyze and resolve issues.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience with UAT, integration testing, system testing, and defect management.
• Knowledge of payment technologies, including ACH and payment gateway integrations such as WorldPay and Apple Pay.
• Experience testing mainframe applications and integrated enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new systems and work independently.
