The Role

Are you passionate about building engaging digital communities that foster meaningful customer connections? This role focuses on supporting and evolving marketing community platforms and engagement capabilities—ensuring experiences are intuitive, scalable, and impactful. You'll help manage and evolve Salesforce Community (Experience Cloud) capabilities by partnering with stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities, define requirements, support feature delivery, and continuously improve member experiences through data, feedback, and experimentation—this is the role for you!

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years’ experience in product management, looking to build experience in marketing technology with a focus on digital community platforms, Salesforce Communities, and customer engagement ecosystems.

  • Foundational knowledge of digital community platforms, CRM systems, and customer engagement experiences, with Salesforce Experience Cloud/Community experience preferred.

  • Ability to gather and synthesize member feedback, user research, business needs, and performance data to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable requirements and enhancements.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize opportunities, measure outcomes, and inform recommendations.

  • Experience supporting the product lifecycle through requirements definition, backlog management, testing, feature releases, launch readiness, stakeholder communications, and continuous optimization

  • Strong project management, organizational, and process documentation skills, with an ability to coordinate across teams and identify workflow efficiencies.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort navigating ambiguity while collaborating across product, engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, and business partners to deliver customer-focused solutions.

The Team

This role sits within the Marketing Digital Engagement organization and is part of a team responsible for digital user experience across our Marketing websites and community experiences. We partner closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality product outcomes, operating with a product mindset that emphasizes continuous development, testing, and optimization of capabilities over time.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
