The Customer Support Associate plays an important role in completing data entry and administrative tasks that support client requests. This position provides timely, accurate, and compliant service through phone, email, and chat.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys focused, performance-driven work, values consistency and structure, and remains patient and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Make outbound calls to obtain or verify required information.
Review, process, and verify driver, compliance, and employment documentation.
Complete an average of 8–10 tasks per hour while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Conduct employment verifications and collect all required information.
Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Use phone queues and tools such as Dialpad to manage call volume efficiently.
Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
Deliver professional, high-quality service that reflects Foley’s commitment to trust and reliability.
Reliable, self-motivated, and interested in a stable, long-term role.
Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to following established processes.
Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Comfortable working in a structured, performance-focused environment.
Patient and professional when managing multiple priorities or repetitive tasks.
Schedule
Our Customer Support team operates during the following hours in Eastern Time:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Weekends and holidays: No scheduled hours
Employees may be scheduled to begin as early as 8:00 AM or work as late as 8:00 PM, depending on business needs and team coverage.
Shifts are scheduled monthly and average approximately 25 hours per week. Employees scheduled to work more than seven hours will receive a 30-minute lunch break.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service or SaaS support experience preferred but not required.
Experience in a professional, office, or corporate customer service environment is a plus.
Comfortable using CRM systems, working across multiple platforms, and using phone-based support tools.
Willing and able to follow established procedures and handle sensitive information with care.
Building a long-term career where consistency, reliability, and service quality are valued.
Developing in-depth knowledge of products, processes, and procedures over time.
Working with clear guidelines, documentation, performance expectations, and quality standards.
Location: This role is primarily remote, US-based, and operates in EST hours.
This role may be based remotely out of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin.
