Job description

About PLACE:

PLACE is shaping the future of real estate. We are revolutionizing the real estate industry with advanced technology and innovative strategies. Our intuitive platform simplifies the real estate processes, providing clients with the tools and insights needed to excel.

About Connect

Connect is a home-services platform within Transactly, a PLACE company. We help homebuyers, renters, and homeowners navigate the services that come with a move from utilities and internet to other essential home needs through a simpler, more coordinated experience. PLACE brings together real estate teams, technology, mortgage, title, and consumer services. As part of that ecosystem, Connect has opportunities to grow through both external partnerships and relationships across the PLACE network.

The Role

You will help partners understand the value of Connect, get their teams engaged, identify opportunities to increase adoption, and continually find new ways to integrate Connect into their business and customer experience. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and build strong, trusted relationships across key stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business, goals, customers, and opportunities.

  • Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders on expansion opportunities when appropriate.
  • Help develop strategies that increase partner retention, engagement, customer utilization, and overall value. Partner Enablement & Marketing.
  • Work closely with Marketing to create partner-facing resources, presentations, training materials, emails, campaigns, and other enablement tools.
