About the Role

We’re looking for an Event & Field Marketing Manager – East / Central to join Cresta’s Revenue Marketing team. This role owns strategy, execution, and performance across a high-volume portfolio of field marketing programs — from industry events and executive dinners to regional programs, roadshows, customer experiences, and partner activations.

This isn’t an events-for-events-sake role. Field Marketing is a meaningful pipeline channel at Cresta, and you’ll partner closely with Sales to determine where we invest, which accounts and audiences we target, and how programs contribute to pipeline creation and acceleration.

You’ll typically own 8–10+ programs per quarter and be responsible for taking them from initial strategy through execution, Sales follow-up, measurement, and optimization.

Location: This is a remote role supporting our East region. We strongly prefer candidates currently based on the U.S. East Coast, but are open to candidates in the Central U.S. who can easily support Eastern time zones and regional travel. This role requires approximately 20–30% travel, with heavier travel during peak event seasons.

Responsibilities

  • Own Field Strategy + Execution: Build and execute field marketing programs aligned to regional Sales priorities, target accounts, and pipeline goals.
  • Drive Pipeline + ROI: Set program KPIs, track sourced and influenced pipeline, measure conversion and ROI, and translate results into clear recommendations.
  • Partner Closely with Sales: Work with Sales before, during, and after programs on account targeting, attendance, meetings, follow-up, and opportunity acceleration.
  • Manage a High-Volume Portfolio: Own 8–10+ programs per quarter across tradeshows, executive dinners, roadshows, customer programs, regional activations, and partner events.
  • Own Programs End-to-End: Manage strategy, budgets, vendors, contracts, promotion, attendee experience, onsite execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Make Smart Investment Decisions: Evaluate program performance, forecast spend, identify trade-offs, and shift investment toward the programs driving the strongest business impact.
  • Build Integrated Campaigns: Partner with Demand Gen, Digital, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to drive attendance and engagement across target accounts.
  • Create Standout Experiences: Bring new ideas and formats to the table that differentiate Cresta and create meaningful experiences for customers and prospects.
  • Build Repeatable Playbooks: Develop processes and workflows that allow the field marketing motion to scale as Cresta grows.
  • Support Executive Programs: Partner with Cresta executives and Sales leaders on messaging, speaker preparation, executive experiences, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of B2B field marketing, regional marketing, event marketing, or integrated campaign experience
  • Experience owning field programs end-to-end, from strategy through execution and measurement
  • Comfortable managing 8–10+ concurrent programs per quarter in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong understanding of pipeline, revenue attribution, conversion, and event ROI
  • Proven experience partnering directly with Sales on account targeting, program strategy, and follow-up
  • Experience managing program budgets, vendors, contracts, and competing priorities
  • Strong communicator who can work effectively across Sales, Marketing, executives, agencies, and external partners
  • Currently based in the Eastern or Central U.S., with a strong preference for East Coast
  • Willing and able to travel approximately 20–30%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or startup environment
  • Experience with AI, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or adjacent enterprise technology
  • Experience supporting enterprise or strategic Sales teams
  • Experience with ABM/account-based field marketing programs
  • Previous Sales/SDR experience or strong understanding of enterprise Sales processes
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and field marketing/event tools such as Mobly

Perks & Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans designed to fit you and your family’s needs
  • Flexible vacation time to support a healthy work-life blend
  • Paid parental leave
  • Monthly gym and phone allowance
  • Work-from-home office stipend
  • Lunches and dinners for in-office employees via Grubhub
