Job description

Looking for an analytical and strategic Process Manager to join our growing corporate team!

Work Type: Full-time. Salaried. Year-round. 

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with standard business hours.

Location: Fully remote. May have to work in different time zones.

Position Summary:

The Process Manager will manage an organization's lean business process initiatives. Focus on business process and execution workflow. Implement procedures to analyze workflows, as well as appropriate use and integration of technology workflow. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or waste. Research and employ lean methodologies and principles to improve the operations and processes of the businesses' core functions. Monitors the progress of lean initiatives against plan objectives and evaluates the impacts of lean principles against costs, production quality, and delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the creation and implementation of the organization’s operational policies, goals, and major initiatives.
  • Develops the organization’s operational capacity to support sustainable growth while reducing risk.
  • Establishes strong, effective operational processes and procedures.
  • Build and strengthen technical capability through knowledge sharing, and development planning.
  • Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and yield/defect reduction using strong statistical and analytical methods.
  • Partner cross functionally to resolve complex real estate business processes and communicate priorities and risks to leadership.
  • Drive process development, optimization, qualification, and sustaining across departments.
  • Researches and adopts new technologies to support expansion, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Sets operating goals and creates budgets that align with business priorities.
  • Builds strategies and oversees execution to achieve both short‑term and long‑term financial and operational objectives.

  • General Property Operations - Knowledge of the operating principles and practices of all brand/property-specific functions to assist with the support of successful process development for operations (e.g., Engineering/Maintenance, Project Management, Finance and Accounting,  Legal/Contracting, Food and Beverage, Guest Services/Front Desk, Sales & Marketing, Security/Loss Prevention, Title Services, Information Technology Systems).
  • Technical Acumen - Understanding and utilizing professional skills and knowledge in a specific functional area to conduct and manage everyday business operations and generate innovative solutions to approach function-specific work challenges.
