Join our Workforce Adoption, Change, Experience team to drive and execute user research strategies across our product portfolio. The Senior UX Researcher role bridges human-centered design, product strategy, and actionable behavioral insights to deliver intuitive, high-impact digital experiences for our global users.

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to act as an expert practitioner for our product discovery and design initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess 3–5 years of hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and product strategy, demonstrating complete autonomy in planning, executing, and synthesizing mixed-methods research. Embedded in our product team, you will focus on execution and delivery: turning user needs into actionable product recommendations and collaborating closely with design and product teams.


Location: Poland — 100% remote, based in Poland

This is you

  • Overall Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated hands-on experience in User Research, Usability Testing, or Product Design Research within digital platforms.

  • Domain Plus: Prior experience conducting research within Data, Analytics, AI-driven products, or complex system migration projects is highly desirable.

  • Mixed-Methods Expertise: Solid proficiency in both qualitative methodologies (in-depth interviews, usability testing, field studies) and quantitative tools (surveys, card sorting, basic product analytics).

  • Agile Product Integration: Proven experience embedding research insights directly into fast-paced, agile product development cycles.

  • Autonomy Requirement: Proven ability to operate independently—taking ownership of research projects from brief to presentation without needing daily technical supervision.

  • Strong Communication: Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to effectively communicate research findings and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.

This is your role

  • Execute End-to-End Research: Plan, scope, and conduct generative, evaluative, qualitative, and quantitative research across complex product features.

  • Synthesize Insights: Translate raw qualitative feedback and quantitative behavioral data into clear, actionable recommendations for product and design teams.

  • Continuous Discovery: Integrate regular usability testing, user interviews, and field research into agile sprint cycles.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Engineers early in the product life cycle to align business goals with user needs.

  • Track UX Performance: Apply key usability metrics (e.g., System Usability Scale, task success rates, time-on-task) to measure design impact over time.

  • Simplify Complex Journeys: Audit existing user flows to identify friction points, reduce cognitive load, and advocate for seamless user journeys.

Description:

2. End-to-End Execution: Lead complex research initiatives from study design and participant recruitment to moderation, data collection, and synthesis.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.
4. Strategic Impact & Advocacy: Translate raw data into actionable insights and present story-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders to influence product strategy.
