Job Description:

Envista is a global leader in dental products, technologies, and solutions, serving dental professionals in more than 150 countries. With approximately 12,500 employees worldwide, a portfolio of 30+ trusted brands including Nobel Biocare, Ormco, DEXIS, Kerr, and Implant Direct, and approximately $2.7 billion in annual revenue, Envista helps dental professionals deliver better patient outcomes around the world.

A publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: NVST), Envista operates at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and innovation. Our purpose is simple: we partner with dental professionals to improve lives through innovative products, technologies, and solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring across multiple functions and business units throughout North America. This role combines full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, talent market insights, and strong stakeholder partnership to help Envista attract and hire exceptional talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. You will manage searches from intake through offer acceptance while building talent pipelines and identifying creative ways to attract top talent in a competitive market.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys both sourcing and relationship-building, can work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Irvine, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Irvine in approximately Q1 2028. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week.

What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and managerial positions across the United States and Canada.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.

  • Lead intake meetings and establish clear hiring plans, timelines, and candidate profiles.

  • Conduct candidate screening, structured interviews, and assessment discussions to evaluate qualifications and overall fit.

  • Facilitate interview processes and partner with hiring teams to drive timely hiring decisions.

  • Manage offer development, candidate negotiations, and offer acceptance activities.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, talent communities, and direct outreach.

  • Identify and engage passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill roles.

  • Utilize market research and talent mapping techniques to identify talent pools and competitor targets.

Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

  • Provide guidance on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices.

  • Establish strong working relationships across business functions and operating companies.

  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

Continuous Improvement

  • Use recruiting metrics and data to identify opportunities for improved hiring outcomes.

  • Share market insights and recruiting trends with hiring managers and stakeholders.

  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects, and process improvements.

  • Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruiting effectiveness.

  • Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced recruiting team members when appropriate.

What You'll Deliver

  • Successful hiring outcomes across professional and managerial positions.

  • Strong candidate pipelines that support current and future hiring needs.

  • Positive candidate and hiring manager experiences.

  • Timely and effective execution of recruiting processes.

  • Increased hiring manager confidence through strong partnership and communication.

  • Improved sourcing effectiveness and candidate quality.

  • Contributions to continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

  • Ability to recruit across multiple functions, levels, and business groups.
