Job description

Role Summary:

The Home Office Supply Chain Intern will gain hands-on experience with global supply chain operations while supporting projects across supply chain planning, transportation, logistics, and process improvement. Working alongside experienced team members and cross-functional partners, the intern will develop analytical, problem-solving, and business communication skills while contributing to initiatives that support the company's global supply chain network.

The URBN 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/7 through 8/13 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Summer Internship Program Application Process:
  • Apply to one (1) internship posting that best aligns with your interests and skills. If there is a project component included in the application (see role qualifications below), it is required and must be submitted at the time of application to be considered for the position.
  • Complete a Video Interview: Candidates selected to move forward will receive an email with a link to complete a video interview. Once the email is received, candidates will have two (2) days to complete this portion of the application.
  • Interviews with our internal teams will be scheduled on a rolling basis.
Applications will close at 5:00 PM EST on October 30, 2026. Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist with gathering, organizing, and analyzing supply chain data to support business decisions.
  • Support projects related to transportation, distribution, inventory, and supply chain operations.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvements by reviewing workflows and operational data.
  • Participate in sustainability, continuous improvement, and other supply chain initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist with monitoring transportation and operational performance metrics and preparing reports for the team.
  • Support freight and logistics analyses, including reviewing shipping trends and transportation data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transportation, inventory planning, and fulfillment, to support ongoing business initiatives.
  • Help prepare presentations, summaries, and reports that communicate project findings and recommendations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to special projects while gaining exposure to various aspects of the global supply chain.
Role Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with data visualization or analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple assignments.
  • Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and contribute in a fast-paced business environment.
